Becoming Real

I've been at this business of writing books for more than nine years, and I have nine books published, plus a serial novel on Kindle Vella. So far, I have done very little to market my books, believing that in some magical universe, people would find my books and tell their friends, and Voila! I would have great success.

Magic hasn't happened, and so I am embarking on the next stage of my journey. I now have a domain name registered to me, and a website: authorannemariestclair.com . I am going to get business cards printed, and register my business so that I can remit the sales taxes I collect. I plan to go to fairs and festivals in Southeast Louisiana, and try to sell my books.
